What Sorbet Workspace is

Sorbet Workspace is the single client entry point for Sorbet Brains. A user signs in once, sees only the applications and data assigned to that business, and moves between reporting, customer management, content, publishing and communication without maintaining a separate login for every tool.

  • One sign-in across enabled applications, with access controlled per workspace and per person.
  • A built-in assistant that can read live workspace data and prepare exact action cards for approval.
  • Central management of platform connections, websites, files, media, conversations and notifications.
  • Strong workspace isolation: client data, connected accounts and permissions are scoped to the correct business.
  • Human approval for changes that can affect live campaigns, spend or customer-facing systems.

Products in development

The following capabilities are intentionally separated from the available application list. Their current delivery state is stated directly so they are not mistaken for shipped self-service products.

Events Calendar CLIENT DEPLOYMENTS LIVE; HOSTED APP IN BUILD

A self-updating events and course calendar managed by the client's own team.

Month and list views, category filters, multi-day events, full Hebrew and English support, and a dedicated mobile experience already run on client websites. The product work converts those tailored deployments into a hosted, self-service application for any website platform.

Publishing Hub WORKING MANAGED TOOL; PRODUCTISATION IN PROGRESS

Completed articles delivered into the client's CMS as structured drafts.

The current WordPress-first service writes title, body, metadata, FAQs and structured data as an unpublished draft, then reports field by field what was written, degraded or unsupported. The next stage expands platform coverage and opens the workflow as a self-service application.

Server-Side Tracking MANAGED SERVICE TODAY; APPLICATION PLANNED

First-party conversion tracking designed to preserve measurement quality.

Sorbet already delivers the setup as a managed service using a tested playbook, first-party domains and server-side tagging. The planned application will make provisioning, health monitoring and workspace control self-service.

AI Visibility Tracking IN DESIGN

Measurement of brand presence in AI-generated answers.

The intended capability is to track which questions surface the brand, how often it appears, which competitors appear beside it and what changes after new GEO content is published. This remains a design-stage roadmap item and is not represented as available functionality.

What is deliberately outside this catalog

This document focuses on applications that clients use, applications that directly operate the platform, and active bespoke client solutions. It does not treat the following as standalone applications:

  • Proposal microsites and static client handouts.
  • Archived or superseded experiments.
  • Scrapers, migration scripts and catalog extraction utilities.
  • Code libraries, test harnesses and platform-specific deployment helpers.
  • Public marketing websites whose function is primarily informational rather than operational.
